Elevated Garage Doors provides residential and commercial garage door repair, spring replacement, opener installation, and maintenance services in Lacey, WA, and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• Estimates: Any price estimates provided over the phone, via email, or through our website are preliminary based on the description provided by the customer. Final pricing will be confirmed on-site before work begins.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the requested services unless prior written arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
• Late Payments: Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection efforts as permitted by Washington State law.

To perform services safely and efficiently, the customer agrees to:

• Provide our technicians with safe, unobstructed access to the garage, driveway, and necessary electrical outlets.
• Clear the immediate work area of vehicles, personal belongings, and debris before the technician arrives. Elevated Garage Doors is not responsible for damage to personal items left in the workspace.
• Ensure a responsible adult (18 years or older) is present on the property during the service appointment.

Garage doors and openers operate under intense mechanical tension. Elevated Garage Doors is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, rotten wood framing, brittle framing, or faulty wiring discovered during the repair process. If additional parts or labor are required due to unforeseen structural defects, we will inform you of the adjusted cost before proceeding.

• Workmanship Warranty: We take pride in our work. Specific labor and parts warranties will be detailed on your final invoice. Warranties apply only to parts installed and labor performed by Elevated Garage Doors.
• Voiding Warranty: Any modifications, tampering, or subsequent repairs attempted by the customer or a third party on components serviced by Elevated Garage Doors will immediately void our warranty.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevated Garage Doors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the performance of our physical services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in the appropriate court serving Thurston County, Washington.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
